Landing in Goldilocks’ zone, our full-size one-bedroom units offer useable space in every capacity. Unlike a large, dark loft that might have a lot of room but poor use of space, the planners of MOFO certainly took their time optimizing each unit’s layout so no space was wasted.

 

Natural light was maximized and the flow is optimal for larger pieces of furniture, a dining room table, and plenty of additional open room for your pet to stretch their legs and relax while you spend it working 9-5. It should also be noted that each of our full-size one-bedroom units feature a large balcony, too ranging from 68 sq. ft. to over 180 sq. ft. In some cases, the balconies are large enough to play yard games with a dozen friends, not that we recommend it, of course.
